Project Overview
Shree Public Secondary School in Malangwa-2, Sarlahi, serves its municipality in both Nepali and English — yet its public face was paper and rumor. For a public institution, every missing notice is a small trust deficit, and they compounded daily.
Before this portal, announcements traveled by pinned paper and forwarded messages, downloads meant office visits, and site updates waited on whoever built it. Accountability had no URL.

The Challenge
Public schools are judged in public — and an invisible school looks like an unaccountable one, whatever happens in its classrooms. Paper-Only Truth left parents out of the loop. Single-Language Ceilings lost half the audience. Visit-to-Download Everything burned office hours. Stale-by-Default Websites froze the day after launch.

Trust, rendered in two languages. We designed an accountability backbone: every notice, download, event, and result gets a URL, a language pair, and a timestamp. Notice Centre, bilingual parity, push-to-live pipeline, and digital office workflows.
