Little Puma is an established lifestyle apparel brand servicing thousands of customers each month across both online direct channels and dedicated brick-and-mortar storefronts. iSoftro engineered a custom sales, CRM, and fulfillment management platform designed precisely around the business's physical operational workflows, eliminating manual coordination and synchronizing store orders with courier dispatch.

The Challenge

Customer orders originated from disparate storefronts, social messages, and manual phone channels with no unified stock ledger between warehouse depots and retail branches. Fulfillment workers manually re-typed addresses into courier forms one-by-one, while size exchanges lived in offline threads — causing lost orders, oversells, and hours lost per batch.
