SANTOSH GURU BOOKING & CLIENT PORTAL

A consultation engine for modern Vedic practice.

Santosh Guru needed more than a conventional website — dynamic appointment booking, astrologer profiles, consultation slots, customer authentication, and wallet workflows for a modern practice.

Project Overview

Pt. Santosh Guru is a trusted Vedic astrology practice serving clients across Nepal and the diaspora. iSoftro engineered a self-service consultation engine designed precisely around the practice's real booking rituals, eliminating double-bookings and reconciling every payment against a wallet ledger.

The Challenge

Session requests arrived through phone calls, social messages, and walk-ins with no shared calendar — producing double-bookings and timezone mix-ups. Clients sent payment screenshots verified by hand line-by-line, while past consultations lived only in memory and reminders never went out.

Our Solution

We designed a bespoke consultation backbone that maps directly to the practice's real session rhythms and client expectations — with a dynamic slot engine, MySQL GET_LOCK reservations, a double-entry wallet ledger, and expert plus admin consoles.
