Project Overview
The client runs exam preparation for competitive courses, where students juggle coaching material, photocopied model sets, and months-old answer keys. As enrollment grew, the gap between study effort and measurable feedback kept widening — students practiced blind, and teachers graded by hand. Before this platform, mock exams meant printed question sets, stopwatch timing by invigilators, and answer sheets checked over days. Question papers could not be reused safely, results arrived too late to act on, and nobody could see cohort-level weaknesses. iSoftro stepped in with a contracted-scope build: a timed CBT engine, an objective question bank with automated grading, and a course library — each milestone verified against the implementation roadmap before sign-off.

The Challenge
Preparation without feedback is just hope. The old paper loop was too slow, too leaky, and too blind to run a serious prep program. Hand-checked answer sheets returned scores weeks later, stopwatch timing varied by hall and invigilator, photocopied sets leaked beyond the classroom, and neither students nor teachers could see score trajectories, topic weaknesses, or readiness.
Our Solution
We designed an assessment backbone that maps directly to how exams actually run: timed papers, sealed questions, instant evaluation, and honest analytics. Server-clock timers with auto-submit, objective auto-grading with per-topic breakdowns, a reusable categorized question bank, and student, teacher, and admin consoles keep every sitting fair, monitored, and dispute-free.
