Project Overview

Hamro Yuva Club of Bahudarmai-7, Fulkaul, Parsa needed one trustworthy home for everything the club does — programs, events, news, membership, committee, documents and gallery. We designed and built a production PHP 8 + MariaDB community site with clean extensionless URLs, Nepali-first content, a hardened contact pipeline, and a full admin hub so the club runs its own website with zero developer help.

The Challenge

Club updates lived in scattered chats and paper lists — event news went stale, joining meant tracking someone down in person, and published notices had no single source of truth. The club needed a bilingual site its own volunteers could update, with membership intake, contact handling and documents that simply work on slow rural networks.

Our Solution

We built a fast, lightweight PHP + MariaDB platform with no framework to maintain — public news and event detail pages, an upload-ready membership pipeline, committee and document libraries, and a guarded admin area covering inbox, members, documents, settings and content blocks. Everything degrades gracefully offline of the database and stays editable by non-technical staff.
